Using NYP to Text File

NYP files can be converted to TXT files using the NYP to Text option.

1. A Select A Report file window displaying all the NYP files stored in the shared\NetYield\Data\Company Name\Reports folder.

2. Use the selection box to select the file to convert to a TXT file.

3. A Save As window opens, Name the new file and save it as a .TXT type in the shared\NetYield\Data\Company Name\Reports folder or select a new folder to save the file. Select Save to save the TXT file .

You can then open the file in a standard word processor or other program .
